Refund policy

Due to the intended use of R/C products, RLPower.net products are guaranteed against workmanship and defects only for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. If you purchase an RLPower.net product and it arrives DOA or malfunctions within the first 30 days, it is under warranty and will be replaced. Contact us at rlpower.net@gmail.com or RLPower.net to start the warranty replacement process. Because the power supply units we sell are used and repurposed (stated under the “About Us” link on www.RLPower.net), we have to limit our warranty policy to 30 days on RLPower.net manufactured products. This guarantee does not cover misuse, abuse, or normal wear and is subject to our discretion upon reviewing the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

This warranty is non-transferable.

This warranty does not cover items that have been modified or attempted to be repaired.

Because RLPower.net has no control over the use of any products, RLPower.net is not liable for any damages or injury resulting from the use or purchase of any RLPower.net product.

The purchaser accepts all responsibility and cannot hold RLPower.net responsible for any damages and/or injury incurred by improper use or improper judgment in using any RLPower.net products. Damage caused by the user is not covered.

Items that have been used will not be eligible or accepted for a refund.

The customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs on returns that are not covered under warranty.
